American Road Group is seeking an Apparel Assistant Manager at Rock N Roll City Harley-Davidson in Cleveland, OH!
Manage daily operations and employees for the apparel department. Results driven by way of maintaining an appealing retail environment and ensuring a well-trained team committed to delivering “excellence in customer service” and building lasting customer relationships. Reports to Apparel Manager.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- – Apparel Daily Operations and Labor Controls
- – Recruitment, Training, and Development of Employees
- – Inventory Management
- – Retail Environment and Customer Service
- – Implementation of Promotions and Event Set-Up
- – Supervisory Responsibilities – Team Leaders and Sales Associates
- – Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
- – Experience with retail sales and inventory management.
- – Preferred knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson Apparel or other products sold by dealership or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- – Friendly, outgoing personality; must demonstrate ability to get along with broad customer base.
- – Education or experience in retail sales, food and beverage, or hospitality industries.
- – Experience with POS systems, computerized inventory systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
- – Must have the ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods of time during scheduled shift.
- – Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.
- – Must be flexible in schedule, including weekends and events as needed.
