FIT Specialists (MOTORCYCLE SALES)

Full Time

High Stakes Harley-Davidson

High Stakes Harley-Davidson is hiring FIT Specialists (MOTORCYCLE SALES).

A Fit Specialist in motorcycle sales is a customer-facing salesperson who matches riders to the right motorcycle and ergonomic setup while managing the full sales process at a dealership.

What a Fit Specialist Does:

  • Greets walk-in customers and creates a welcoming showroom experience.
  • Asks questions about experience, height, riding style, and budget, then narrows down bikes that fit the customer’s needs and comfort.
  • Guides customers through test rides and explains features, benefits, and riding ergonomics like the rider’s “triangle” between hands, hips, and feet.

Sales and Customer Management:

  • Manages the entire sales transaction from introduction through delivery, including paperwork and follow-up communication by phone, text, email, and CRM.
  • Logs all customer traffic and leads, actively follows up, and works toward daily and monthly sales goals set by management.
  • Cross-sells related products such as accessories, riding gear, financing, warranties, and service plans.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with an outgoing, enthusiastic personality and the ability to connect with a broad customer base.
  • Sales or “big ticket” retail experience is preferred; comfort using CRM systems and basic office software is often required.
  • Must be a licensed motorcycle rider with a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement, plus the physical ability to stand, walk, and maneuver heavy bikes.
  • Ergonomics and “Fit” Focus
  • Helps riders understand and adjust the ergonomic “triangle of comfort” (hands–hips–feet) for safety and long-ride comfort.
  • Recommends seats, handlebars, and foot control positions or accessories that improve reach, posture, and overall confidence on the bike.
