International Motorsports Motorcycle Company is looking for a detail-driven, process-oriented Inventory & Receivables Manager to join our Langley team. If you thrive on accuracy, love balancing numbers, and can handle back-end dealership operations like a pro — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms
• Process and track accounts receivable, including follow-ups and reconciliations
• Handle new unit entries and ensure correct data in the DMS
• Reconcile manufacturer rebates, spiffs, and incentive programs
• Balance commission reports and support monthly sales payroll
• Liaise with suppliers and OEM reps for unit flow and rebate tracking
• Assist with accounting tasks (payables, deal jacket reviews, audits)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in inventory control, receivables, or dealership admin
• Solid understanding of accounting basics and sales flow
• Proficient with spreadsheets, DMS platforms, and data accuracy
• Strong communicator who can work across departments and with OEM contacts
• Organized, proactive, and capable of keeping things running without hand-holding
• Powersports or automotive dealership experience is a huge plus
