An opportunity to work in a fast-paced work environment serving Cabot Powersports’ parts and service customers. As a Parts Advisor, you will have a passion for power sports and growing our business.

Proficiency in:

• – Assisting customers with power sports parts, accessories and tires. (In person, via phone & via email)
• – Picking and distributing required parts, accessories, tires to our technicians for repairs and services being performed, efficiently as possible.
• – Submit special orders for customers and follow up with the customer when the product arrives.
• – Collect payment from customers with cash/debit/credit and process accurately in our computer system.
• – Merchandise our helmet, clothing and footwear displays.
• – Provide excellent customer service to our customers in a growing business.

Requirements:

• – ATV/SXS/snowmobile/motorcycle knowledge a key asset.
• – Knowledge and experience in parts, accessories and/or tire industries.
• – Strong computer skills and professional telephone manner.
• – Reliable, dependable and professional a must!

This is a full time position – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, rotating Saturday shift 8:30am to 12:00pm.
