In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle sales to customers by using current proactive feature benefit sales techniques, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, thereby encouraging repeat and referral business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold motorcycles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Ensuring that the customer understands the motorcycles operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson/Buell motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
• Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership.
• Valid Ontario Motorcycle License (M2 or higher) and clean drivers abstract.
• Valid OMVIC
