We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients will be essential in achieving our sales goals.

Duties

  • – Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance overall performance.
  • – Assist customers with their purchases, providing knowledgeable advice on products and services.
  • – Stays current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all units.
  • – Manage inventory levels.
  • – Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
  • – Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Experience

  • – Strong understanding of sales process.
  • – Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • – Proficient in math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • – Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer interactions is a plus.
  • – Ability to communicate effectively with brand representatives.
  • – Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • – Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • – Proven experience in a sales manager or sales lead position is a plus.

This is a full-time job – Monday to Friday 8:15am – 5:00pm, with the occasional Saturday 8:15am – 12:00pm.
