Description and Responsibilities

RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Train and onboard new sales team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales in a dealership environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with sales pipeline management and inventory control
  • Strong outside sales skills and experience
  • Experience with software applications used for sales pipeline management and inventory management
  • Experience in managing a team of sales associates and providing coaching and feedback
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
