Description and Responsibilities
RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales in a dealership environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with sales pipeline management and inventory control
- Strong outside sales skills and experience
- Experience with software applications used for sales pipeline management and inventory management
- Experience in managing a team of sales associates and providing coaching and feedback
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
