Responsibilities
- Greet customers, complete service write-ups, and document concerns clearly
- Communicate estimates, timelines, warranty/recall info, and service updates
- Enter Repair Orders, assign work, and manage workflow in our DMS/CRM
- Recommend additional services, parts, and accessories when appropriate
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely service
- Verify parts availability and assist with internal repairs
- Process warranty claims, payments, and manage a personal cash drawer
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow dealership processes
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, automotive, powersports, or motorcycle service advising
- Strong communication skills and comfort using DMS/CRM systems
- Dependable, process-driven work habits
- Passion for motorcycles (M endorsement required or must obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work in a shop environment with exposure to battery acid, gasoline, cleaning chemicals, and exhaust fumes
- Weekend availability as needed
