Rugged Rock Harley-Davidson is an authorized dealer of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and products. We currently have an opening in our Service Department for a Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience & Communication
    • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service consistent with Rugged Rock Harley-Davidson standards.
    • Greet customers, assess service needs, and communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates clearly.
    • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
    • Maintain a welcoming, premium service environment that reflects the Harley-Davidson and Arctic Cat lifestyle and culture.
  • Department Leadership & Staff Management
    • Lead, mentor, and coach service advisors, technicians, detailers, and support staff.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing service team members.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational & Workflow Management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in motorcycle, automotive, powersports, or similar service management role.
  • Strong technical understanding of motorcycle service, preferably Harley-Davidson.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret financial reports and manage department profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
