Role Overview: As a Motorcycle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of our Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing on Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Assemble and install aftermarket parts and accessories as per customer requests.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicle quality and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Motorcycle Technician or in a similar role within the powersports industry.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles and ATV/UTV vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
